Refund policy

After payment you receive a licence key and download the files at getmachineryready.com/download. Before you buy, you can download the free 4-page overview and look through the worked example page to see the format of the kit.

When you get a refund

If a file is missing, does not open, or the product is materially different from its description, write to us within 14 days of purchase. We first send you a corrected file. If we cannot fix the problem within 14 days of your message, we refund the full price. A refund ends your licence: delete the files and any copies.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you ask at checkout for the files to be supplied immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Supply begins with your first download; until then you may withdraw by writing to us. The file LICENSED_TO.txt in your download confirms your request and the time supply began. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

When we do not refund

We do not refund a change of mind after the download has started, because downloaded files cannot be returned. If a payment is reversed through your card issuer or bank after delivery, the licence ends in the same way as after a refund.

Write to hello@getmachineryready.com with your order number. Approved refunds are paid by Polar to your original payment method.
